This is a great place to post general questions, share successes, and share information.  Sometimes it can be nice to get the perspective of other agents within the brokerage.

This group is designed so that agents can request and pay for showing assistance and other agents can accept the job and compensation offered.  Most agents will offer around $40 for the first showing of a tour and $15 for each additional showing on the tour.  Coverage is not guaranteed.   If you need guaranteed coverage, we highly recommend hiring a licensed assistant or a buyers agent.
